Andreu has it all figured out. This smexy younger brother of Javier's is going to buy his time at Vampirerotique, learn the ropes of the business while filling in for his brother, and then hit the road to open his own erotic theatre. And he won't be helping run it or be tied down to one woman like his older brother is, oh no. He'll be living the high life with women a plenty while others run his business. Yes, yes Andreu has it all figured out. Well at least he thought he did until Varya showed up.

The sexy but deadly little succubus Varya can't help but be drawn to the carnal erotic acts that are displayed on stage at Vampirerotique. So she puts on her glamour and slips inside, so engrossed she is in the performers' decadent displays that she makes a terrible mistake. She lets that glamour slip revealing herself to Andreu. As soon as she lays eyes on him she knows that he is hers. But there is a problem. Andreu's aura is shrouded in shadows and a man who carries shadows is considered by her clan as dangerous, forbidden. But you always want what you can't have right? Varya wants just a taste of that forbidden fruit, a kiss you see, to understand why a man like that is so wrong. But Varya's powerful presence in the theatre has the others on guard and when one of Vampirerotique's own makes a grave error in dealing with her it ends up costing Varya something she can't afford to lose.

While Enslave might not be as dark or as intense as some of the other books in this series I find that it has been my favorite so far. Both Andreu and Varya burn up the pages with their chemistry and I love the fact that they still have a pretty big obstacle to face to really achieve their happily ever after. Which means that we will get to see more of them in the future! And look for a secret that uber smexy Payne holds to come into play in Enslave that will no doubt carry over into his book which should be next.

Felicity Heaton's Vampire Erotic Theatre Series is a must read if you are looking for dangerously hot vamps encased in an exciting, unique storyline!
